Known for his passion for motorsports, Hermann has earned the endorsement of key leaders in motorsports and the industry for his consistent support of racers, businesses, and racetracks at every level from grassroots competitors to top-tier professionals.

Today, Hermann also leads one of the few factory-backed race teams in off road racing, actively testing new products and technology in real-world racing conditions and winning. Under his leadership, the Camburg Racing team has built an impressive track record since Hermann led the acquisition of Camburg Engineering into the MagnaFlow Group, securing victories across major events and proving performance on the toughest stages. Since January 2024, they have won 8 class wins, including most recently, the team captured its biggest achievement yet: the first over overall win of a SPEC truck at the 2026 Mint 400.
